Office 25
Program
The Office program is made for teams that work at an office or teams with other sedentary work.
Focus is on neck, shoulders, arms, and back. The exercises are aimed at relieving tension, increasing flexibility, and improving posture.
The purpose is to achieve calmness and balance in the body. To experience less working days where the body is sore and tired at the end of the day and more days with balance and focus.
The Office program at 25 min per session has the same focus as the one at 15 min. However, the increased duration enables us to cover the whole upper body each session. It is not a program where you get sweaty and can be done in your normal work clothes.
How it works
It is easy working out with us. You choose a program and when it suits you. A committed instructor will be ready to guide you all the way.
