How Move Up works
1. Pick time slots
Pick an exercise program and time slots that work for you. You can choose between durations of 15 or 25 minutes, one or several times a week. The workout can be placed within your normal work hours or in extension of this.
2. Participate with one click
You will receive a permanent link. It can be used every time you participate in the workout. This way you can always participate with just one click.
3. LIVE workout
Participate in an effective LIVE workout with a dedicated instructor who will guide you all the way. Stream the workout on a screen with several people around and/or participate individually. There is no limit in the number of connections.
4. Watch replay
No one should miss out on the workout of the day. That's why the latest workout will be available as a replay for the coworkers who couldn't join LIVE.
