Program
The Resistance band program is made for teams that work at an office or teams that strain their neck and shoulders in their work.
Focus is on neck, shoulders, and arms. The exercises are aimed at posture, strength, and stability.
When you work with your arms extended from the body there is a major load on the neck and shoulders. The purpose of this program is to strengthen the upper body to be able to handle this repetitive load. Thereby achieving more balance during the workday.
The Resistance band program at 15 min per session has the same focus as the one at 25 min. At this length the area of focus will shift from session to session. It is not a program where you get sweaty and can be done in your normal work clothes.
