What is needed to participate?
You only need a screen and an audio source to participate in the workouts.
Do you need to have your own camera on?
No. It is not necessary to turn on your camera. It is possible if you wish.
How many people can participate?
There is no limit for how many people can join the workout. Multiple people can get together in a larger room, spread out in smaller groups, and/or participate individually, no matter if you're at the workplace or home office.
Is it LIVE?
Yes, our workouts are always LIVE. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to rewatch the workout of the day if you've missed the LIVE session.
Who are the instructors?
The instructors are people with passion for exercising and experience with instructing group sessions.
How many times a week are the workouts?
You decide entirely how many sessions you want to plan per week and also which time slots.
What is the duration of a session?
We have sessions at 15 or 25 minutes. It is entirely up to you what suits you best.
How do we start?
We offer to present Move Up for your employees. This can be done via a videomeeting.
Which attire is needed?
Some of our programs can be done in your normal everyday clothes, since you won't be sweaty. Other programs require comfortable working clothes or sports clothes. This is always mentioned in the description of the programs.
Which languages do you offer?
We offer the workouts in either Danish or English.
Will the workouts include music?
We don't play music during the workout. Due to the online format you have the opportunity to put on exactly what music you wish or simply listen to the instructor only.
2. Workout conduct
Does the workout require interaction?
No, the workout does not require interaction. However, you are very welcome to write in the chat. Comments and questions will be answered by the instructor during the session.
How is the difficulty level?
The difficulty level of the exercises is adapted in a way that accommodates everyone.
Is every workout the same?
No. We ensure a suitable variation in the workouts. Specific exercises will come and go from time to time.
Is it possible to give input regarding the workouts?
Yes. We gladly recieve suggestions and feedback. This can be sent in the chat during workouts or in the comments section when the workouts are over.
3. Subscription terms
What is the cost of a Move Up subscription?
The price depends on how many people you are and how often you would like to plan a workout session. Please write us for an offer.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. The first 14 days you can cancel your subscription with 1 day's notice.
What is the cancellation notice?
After the trial period, you can cancel your subscription with 30 days notice.
